WHO, WHAT, WHY?

Green Canary empowers architects and subcontrac- tors to pick the most sustainable products, and combat green-washing by automatically red-flagging emissions and VOC limit violations. The sustainable attributes are clearly tracked amongst the most reputable third party standards, including the LEEDv4 Material and Resource Building Product Disclosure and Optimization credits.

The verification process helps ensure passing the Well Building Air performance test, LEEDv4 review process, and meet many government protocols for healthy pro- curement guidelines.

Green Canary was built with the mission there is no sustainability without equity. It evens the playing field for small minority subcontrac- tors, by simplifying Green Specifica- tions saving time and money.

The software is an evolution of ecoREAL’s Green Building Integrative Management (GBIM) Process that was built to bridge the gap between owner specifications to the boots on the ground from the lens of the architect, but vernacular of the contractor. It helps you every step of the way to make LEED and other healthy material goals a natural by product of the process.
